For example the frankincense at Jesus’ birth and the spices at his burial. She sees them as heaven’s gift to mankind as a natural remedy for stress. Includes recipes and instructions on how to use essential oils as well as massage techniques for healing stress. In the epilogue she explains that she worked in a bank and was very stressed. She went to the US where she experienced for the first time the healing power of aroma therapy for her stress. She then studied aroma therapy and the Bible.
